This Privacy Policy governs how QuickMove (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the QuickMove mobile application, marketplace, website, and related services (“Service”). By using QuickMove, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
We may collect personal details including your name, email, phone number, school, profile photo, and account credentials.
Your user ID, role (Giver/Doer/Buyer/Seller), QuickStrike points, ratings, and verification status may be stored for service integrity.
Location is used solely for task fulfillment, arrival verification, and proximity matching when permission is granted.
Listings, pricing, videos, images, descriptions, trade offers, and transaction history may be stored.
All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. QuickMove does not store full credit card numbers.
Messages, chats, support requests, and reports are stored to enforce safety, resolve disputes, and maintain platform integrity.
We collect diagnostic logs, crash reports, operating system version, and usage analytics.
Your data is used for platform functionality, fraud prevention, identity verification, moderation, and continuous service improvement.
Unclaimed tasks may be canceled and refunded automatically based on system timers and risk controls.
Doers may only engage in one active task at any time unless explicitly approved.
Points hold no cash value and may be revoked at any time for policy violations.
QuickMove is a technology platform only. We do not manufacture, inspect, verify, guarantee, or warrant any goods or services listed by users.
QuickMove is not responsible for scams, misrepresentations, failure to deliver items, payment disputes, or unlawful conduct between users.
QuickMove does not guarantee task completion, punctuality, or service quality. Users accept all associated risks.
Doers are independent individuals, not employees or agents of QuickMove.
Users must meet in well-lit public spaces, never share verification codes, and never exchange passwords.
QuickMove assumes no responsibility for injury, theft, assault, or property damage during in-person interactions.
We reserve the right to investigate any activity and suspend or terminate users at our sole discretion.
We may share limited data with Stripe, Firebase, legal authorities, or court orders.
We employ encryption, authentication systems, secure storage, and access control mechanisms.
We retain data only as long as required for business, legal, or safety purposes.
Users may request deletion; however, transaction history may be preserved to meet legal obligations.
Reported content and user behavior may be reviewed by internal safety teams.
Automated and manual fraud detection tools may be used.
QuickMove is not obligated to resolve disputes between users but may assist at its discretion.
QuickMove is not liable for lost payments, delayed services, user misconduct, or transaction failures.
Services are provided “as-is” with no express or implied warranties.
We may suspend or permanently ban users who violate rules or pose safety risks.
We comply with United States data protection laws and applicable regulations.
Data may be transferred and stored within the United States.
QuickMove is for users 17+. Accounts for minors will be removed immediately.
User content remains owned by users but is licensed to QuickMove for operational purposes.
We may send system notifications, security alerts, and feature updates.
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time.
