QuickMove Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuickMove mobile application, website, marketplace, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using QuickMove, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use QuickMove.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete account information.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Platform Role Definitions

Users may act as Givers, Doers, Buyers, Sellers, or Service Providers.

5. Task Posting Standards

All tasks must be lawful, accurate, and non-misleading.

6. Task Acceptance Standards

Doers agree to perform accepted tasks in good faith.

7. One-Task Limit

Only one active task may be worked on at a time.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Doers are independent contractors, not employees of QuickMove.

9. No Employment Relationship

Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture.

10. Worker Reliability Waiver

QuickMove does not guarantee quality, timing, or completion of services.

11. Marketplace Participation (QuickStop)

All marketplace listings must be lawful and accurately represented.

12. Buyer–Seller Agreement

Buyers and sellers contract directly with each other, not QuickMove.

13. Marketplace Liability Waiver

QuickMove is not responsible for scams, non-delivery, defective goods, or misrepresentation.

14. In-Person Exchange Disclaimer

All physical meetups occur at users’ own risk.

15. Prohibited Items & Services

Weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeits, and unlawful services are strictly prohibited.

16. Payments & Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe.

17. Platform Fees

QuickMove charges service fees disclosed at checkout.

18. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are case-specific and subject to fraud review.

19. Auto-Expiration of Tasks

Unclaimed tasks may auto-cancel and refund.

20. User Ratings & Reviews

Ratings reflect user opinions and are not verified guarantees.

21. Fraud Prevention Systems

Automated and manual review systems may be used.

22. User Conduct Restrictions

Harassment, fraud, impersonation, and circumvention are prohibited.

23. Campus Safety & Meeting Guidelines

Users must meet in public spaces and follow safety best practices.

24. Personal Injury & Property Damage Disclaimer

QuickMove is not responsible for physical harm or property loss.

25. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content.

26. Attribution License

You grant QuickMove a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content.

27. Intellectual Property Rights

QuickMove branding, software, and trademarks are protected by law.

28. Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend users at our discretion.

29. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations or legal risk.

30. Data Usage & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

31. Service Availability

QuickMove does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

33. Limitation of Liability

QuickMove is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

34. Dispute Resolution

Users must attempt informal resolution before legal action.

35. Binding Arbitration

Legal disputes shall be resolved through arbitration unless prohibited.

36. Class Action Waiver

Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

37. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law.

38. International Users

Service access outside the U.S. is at your own risk.
